Asja is a speaker, nutrition and wellness coach, certified Menopause Coaching Specialist, and former Intelligence Analyst and Analyst Supervisor with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP).
After a 13-year career supporting major crime and homicide investigations in British Columbia's Lower Mainland, Asja left policing following her own experience with burnout and dedicated herself to helping others build healthier, more resilient lives. She pursued extensive training in nutrition, stress management, sleep and recovery, behaviour change, and the impact of the menopause transition on women at midlife.
Known for her engaging storytelling, practical approach, and ability to translate complex health concepts into actionable steps, Asja delivers presentations that inspire audiences to rethink how they approach performance, wellbeing, and long-term success.
