I had my first coaching experience when I started CrossFit in my late 20s. That coach helped me to see that my body was so much more than a number on the scale or the size of pants I wore.

She saw me as someone who was physically strong, mentally powerful, and ferociously determined. I learned from her that your truth is just a story you tell yourself and sometimes seeing your strengths through someone else’s eyes is enough to shift that internal narrative to one that is more empowering.

When you work with me, you get that—I will believe in your ability to succeed, perhaps more than you believe it. But I'll work everyday to nurture your belief in yourself and help you see what is possible.

I'm Asja Harris, an ex-law enforcement intelligence analyst turned wellness coach. I specialize in nutrition and mindset transformation.
When you work with me, you'll also benefit from all the things I've learned after 30+ years of experimenting with different eating plans. I've lived the no-fat" craze of the ‘90s and the "all fat" craze of Keto and everything in between. Becoming a certified nutrition coach FINALLY made me understand what effective nutrition is really all about.

You’ll also learn from my insights on mindset. I’ve made simple shifts to recover from burnout, cope with the stress of motherhood, reduce my sense of overwhelm, manage my time, get more restful sleep, and simply maintain a positive appreciation for my body, my life, and the power of my mind.

I left my chaotic career in charge of a team of intelligence analysts supporting homicide investigations to focus on my family and my own health and well-being. When I did, I made it my mission to help other high achieving, action-oriented women breathe simplicity into their lives through the optimization of nutrition, stress tolerance, and mindset.

That’s because I believe every woman deserves to love living in the skin she’s in. She should feel confident about how to fuel her body for her goals and to feel mentally light and capable—no matter what life brings.
