How it works:

Over the eight weeks, we'll explore small shifts so that changing your nutrition habits and beliefs feels simple, achievable, and (best of all) empowering.

Each session will begin with foundational knowledge that will help you clearly understand how to use nutrition to reach your health and wellness goals. Sessions end with a discussion about how to fit what you’ve learned into your life over the coming week.

​Between sessions, you’ll have access to me via my coaching app, which also includes a group chat. This forum offers a space where members can share their wins, the systems that work for them, encourage each other, and post questions. This is a powerful aspect of the Nutrition Jumpstart experience!​
